We want you in the right size. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
Size exchanges: free
Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the correct size at no additional charge. You're responsible for shipping the original shirt back to us; the replacement ships free, same as your original order.
Returns / refunds: 30 days
If you'd rather return your shirt than exchange it, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund. The shirt needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the shirt, we'll refund your original purchase price.
Defects and mistakes: on us
If your shirt arrives with a print, label, or sizing defect that's our fault, contact us with a photo. We'll reship a corrected shirt at no cost to you. You won't need to pay return shipping, and in most cases you won't need to send the original back at all.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you'd like to do (exchange for a different size, return for a refund, or report a defect). We'll send instructions from there.
What we can't do
Because each shirt is made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse restocked as new inventory the way a shirt already sitting in a warehouse could be. We still take these returns under the 30-day policy above; we just can't resell the shirt, so please only return what genuinely doesn't work for you.
